Spring is springing!

Just a quick post to get everyone in a spring-y kind of mood! On Friday morning mom and I went for a walk at a local garden called The Bishop's Close. You can read about it here. I wasn't actually expecting much this early in the year, but was surprised to find veritable carpets of crocuses and snowdrops! There also seemed to be a lot that hadn't bloomed yet, along with daffodils and irises, so I'm looking forward to a return trip in a couple weeks. I even saw some rhododendron that were blooming, but they were too far off the path to get a good picture. Well, enough babble...here are some of my fave pics from that morning:
